Payment Methods
Every month an invoice will be sent to you with a link to pay via Credit/Debit card. The accepted alternative payment methods are listed below:
- Venmo
- Cash
- Check. Please make out the check to MomentumGym
After paying through one of the alternative methods of payment listed above, we will mark the invoice paid on our end and you will receive a receipt.
ESA
As an ESA vendor, we can take payments directly from ClassWallet. If you would like to pay with ESA funds please contact Coach Jared via email at coachjared@momentumgymaz.com. Paying through ClassWallet can take a long time to reach vendors, so you will be required to pay for the semester up front (starting mid-semester will be prorated). If you have any questions please contact us.
No Refunds
All tuition is final and non-refundable. There is no proration for cancellations mid-month. Any cancellations must take place on or before the last business day of the month to be processed. We must be notified via phone, text, email, or in person that you wish to cancel.
Absences & Make-Up Classes
Not showing up to class without giving prior notice is considered absent. A make-up class is attending another class in which your athlete is not enrolled. Below are the following terms regarding absences:
- Three consecutive unexcused absences will be considered a cancellation and your athlete(s) will no longer be enrolled. We will reach out to you via email and phone before processing any cancellation.
- Any prior notice given before the end of class qualifies for a make-up class.
- Make-up classes must match your athlete’s current class type.
- Make-up classes are by request only and will not be automatically scheduled.
- Prior notice must be given before attending a make-up class.
To give prior notice please call/text (928) 224-0535, or email coachjared@momentumgymaz.com
