Our classes benefit from over 10 years' combined experience training, competing, and coaching gymnastics. We have developed recreational gymnastics programs for both girls and boys following the standards set by USA Gymnastics. We teach by example, aim to improve the health and skill of our athletes, and most of all focus on fun!
Gymnastics is a great way to get exercise, learn new skills, and develop physical and mental toughness. It can help you become stronger, faster, and more flexible. This is a sport that requires a lot of hard work and dedication. If you are willing to put in the effort, gymnastics can help you become a well-rounded athlete and prepare you for a future in this or any other sport/activity you choose to pursue.
MEET COACH JARED
I am a father of three children and have been married to my wife Elysse for 4 years. I competed in gymnastics all the way through the Junior Olympics Program, reaching level 10 and attending the 2014 USA National Championship in Long Beach California. In addition to competing, I have coached Boy's Recreational Gymnastics for 4 years at USA Youth Fitness Center, and also worked independently teaching tumbling for Tai Kwon Do and dance studios. I am excited to share my passion for gymnastics and help my athletes reach their full potential.
